Job Description

Bridgemead Consulting is recruiting on behalf of its client for the position of Head of Strategy. As the Head of Strategy, you are responsible for developing brand and communication strategies to meet the needs of customers. The Head of Strategy analyses the client's challenge and proposes the most appropriate marketing discipline(s) for solving it. In your role as the Head of Strategy, you must be able to think creatively and strategically about how to accomplish the organization's objectives. To effectively convey your ideas to other members of the organization, you must have strong communication skills. You will understand our client’s customers and come up with big ideas that can be framed into delivering tangible return-on-investment to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop creative solutions for the client's business challenges.
  • Develop and test new strategies and oversee plans to deliver successful, ROI-positive approaches alongside current activities for leaders across the business.
  • Work with senior clients and consult on key strategic projects
  • Develop tools and methodologies for strategic planning.
  • Participate in the pitching process for new businesses.
  • Be involved in using research to derive insights, measure the results of campaigns, and explore new opportunities for brands.
  • Predicting future business opportunities and risks by monitoring industry trends and analyzing data.
  • Developing marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products or services.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Education & Experience

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. MSc Degree, and other professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum 8 years experience in creative strategic planning. Minimum 5 years experience with digital marketing.

Other Experience

Good understanding of Web design, Brand identity design, and e-commerce. Advanced experience planning brand and communication strategies at every stage.
Working Conditions

Working Hours

Mondays - Fridays (8AM - 6PM).
